Мандоа (название)
Структура предложения на мандоа подобна английской (кто бы мог подумать?! ). Множественное число обозначается окончанием "e" ("-se" для слов, заканчивающихся на гласные). Слово состоит, обычно из двух слов, но на Основной переводится как одно. Объединение слов имеет значение и несет определенный смысл. Например, слово "dar'jetii" переводится дословно как "более не джедаи", а по смыслу означает "ситхи". Но правил о слиянии слов нет.
Звуков f,x,z в мандоа нет. Вместо f - vh, вместо z - s.
Префиксы в мандоа свободнолежащие и могут предшествовать не связанному с ними слову. Например, префикс tion - является вопросительным. "Karen, tion mhi hibira Mando'a iviin'yc?" - перевод: "Карен, мы сможем выучить мандоа быстро?".
Суффиксы -la (lah) и -yc (sh) превращают существительное в прилагательное.
Суффикс -shy’a превращает прилагательное в сравнительное (больше, чем..., выше, чем...), суффикс -ne - в превосходное (нибольший, наивысший).
